Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Canada

Provincial Nominee Program is a program for workers who have educational qualifications, work skills, and work experience. The program only helps these people with these experiences so that they can contribute to the economy of Canada. It is for the people who want to permanently live in Canada and become a permanent resident of Canada.

 

Who can get benefited with PNP?

 

Students. Students who want to study in Canada and work for their livelihood can use PNP for the benefits.

Business people. It welcomes people who travel a lot to Canada for business exchange and important meetings about deals with Canadian companies.

Skilled workers. People with proper educational qualifications and job experience are welcomed at PNP.

PNP helps residents of Canada if they want to be permanent citizens.

 

How to apply?

 

There are two types of process: paper-based process and Express Entry process.

 

Paper-based process:

Contact the province. After contacting a province to apply for a nomination. The nomination should be under a non-Express Entry stream.

You must meet the above-mentioned eligibility. The eligibility depends on the province that you choose for nomination.

After nomination you need to submit the paper application for the permanent residency to Immigration, refugees, and citizenship of Canada.

The next step is a medical examination and police check. You need to collect the certificates if you want to live in Canada.

The process takes more time than the Express Entry process.

 

Express Entry process.

 

Contact the province for nomination under Express entry stream.

If they agree to nominate you, create an Express Entry profile. You can update your existing profile. Show that you have been nominated by the province.

You can also create a profile to mention the provinces you are interested in.

Contact the province directly if they send you a message saying “notification of interest”.

 

If you are selected then you can accept it electronically.

You must meet the above-mentioned eligibility.

If you are selected, submit an electronic application to IRCC.
